Fill in the form and Chris replies by email to talk through the idea, placement and sizing. For custom work that usually means a consultation before the design is drawn. A deposit holds your appointment date; the amount is confirmed when you book. The shop is by appointment only.
What happens after you send the form

Step 1: You send the request
Your idea, placement, rough size, budget range, timing and any reference images. No account, nothing to install.

Step 2: Chris replies by email
He talks through the idea, size and placement, and says whether it needs an in-person look first. Cover-ups and large pieces do.

Step 3: A deposit holds your date
The amount and the terms are confirmed when you book. The price of the piece itself is quoted at the consultation.

Step 4: Your session at Powerline
706 Reservoir Avenue, Cranston. By appointment only. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID; the minimum age is 18.
